Paulette has been in finance for 33 years. 

She started in the National Bank, where her last major position was Branch Manager for their 7 day p/w Botany branch.

She then transferred to ASB as the Counties Broker Centre Manager, where she was promoted to Auckland Broker Centre Manager and then Regional Manager, Insurance Adviser. She was with ASB for just under 10 years.

She resigned from ASB in December 2015 and joined Loan Market in February 2016.

Results since joining the Loan Market are as follows:
1) Year ending June 2017 – Rookie of the year 
2) Year ending June 2019 and 2020 – Number one in Loan Market in NZ 
3) Year ending June 2020 – Number one Loan Market Adviser in Australasia
