Michelle is the National Sales Manager for Pepper Money’s New Zealand business. She is responsible for leading the sales and promotional initiatives and oversees a team of sales representatives.

Michelle joined Pepper Money in 2013, working in the Australian sales team and then leading the broker support function, before returning home to New Zealand in 2019, to promote awareness of Pepper Money and build the sales program.

She is passionate about helping mortgage advisers develop their business by increasing their profile in the local community.

As an experienced financial services professional, Michelle has worked across both the bank and non bank lending sector for over 10 years, having worked at St George Bank and Pepper Money.
